This software is protected by copyright law. By using this software you agree to the terms stated herein.
All materials relating to S³™ are protected by copyright, including the software and all content as well as all support materials. This program is licensed for the sole use of one registered user only.
You are assumed to be the registered user if your name appears on the subscription information that appears on the address label. If this information is incorrect, please contact Responsive Management Systems™.
The Single User License allows the purchaser to install the software on a single computer. If you own multiple computers that allow you, the single licensed user, to work in different locations (i.e., a desktop and a portable computer, or an office and a home computer), you may copy the software onto both, but only one copy may be in use at any one time.
The purchaser of a Single User License may not load the software onto a network server and may not access the software through any type of network setup.
You may make one backup copy of the program for your own protection. You may not distribute this copy to others, and may not make any other copies. If you wish to transfer the program to another user, you must delete all copies of the program from your computers and transfer all software and support materials to the new user. The new user must then contact Responsive Management Systems™ and change the name on the subscription in order to be considered the registered user.

Warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days
from the receipt, the computer programs contained in the software will perform
substantially in accordance with the description provided. Technical assistance
for software usage support, either "on-site," "telephone" or
electronically,
is at the discretion of Responsive Management Systems™ (RMS) with expenses borne
by you. Any implied warranties on the software are limited to ninety (90) days.
Some states/ countries do not allow limitations on duration of an implied
warranty; so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Not Covered. This warranty does not cover technical assistance for
software training. Technical assistance for S³™
support is available through RMS, but you will be charged for this technical
assistance.
Customer Remedies. RMS's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be at RMS's option, either (a) return of the price paid, (b) repair or replacement of the Software. Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement Software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
No Other Warranties. RMS disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied including, but not limited to, expressed or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the Software. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others which vary from state/country to state/country.
No Liability for Consequential Damages. In no event shall RMS be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business or service interruption, loss of business or service information, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if RMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
Export Control. The re-export of United States origin software and documentation is subject to the Export Administration Act of 1989 as amended. Compliance with such regulations is your responsibility.
