Connections™: Core Competencies for Developing Quality
Partnerships is a two-part instruction/facilitation process
focusing on developing the one-to-one and group interaction skills necessary for
effectively "connecting" in partnerships. Connections™ is
valuable for newly forming teams as well as mature and stable teams.
Getting Focused™ is a multi-step facilitation process. It
brings people together using an organized structure to maximize focused-participation of
all group members. Getting Focused™ is efficient, productive and effective with
both harmonious and acrimonious groups.

Quality Improvement System Design and Implementation
is an instructional and facilitation process used to design and implement a useful and
practical continuous quality improvement system* (1991). Unit members are guided
through quality-measurement indicator selection, definition, collection, summary, and
reporting. Strong emphasis is paid to developing "meaningful measures" for
frontline employees through senior level managers.
