Connections: Core Competencies for Developing Quality
Partnerships is a two-part instruction/facilitation process
focusing on developing the one-to-one and group interaction skills necessary for
effectively "connecting" in partnerships. Connections® is
valuable for newly forming teams as well as mature and stable teams.
Getting Focused is a multi-step facilitation process. It
brings people together using an organized structure to maximize focused-participation of
all group members. Getting Focused is efficient, productive and effective with
both harmonious and acrimonious groups.

Quality Improvement System Design and Implementation
is an instructional and facilitation process used to design and implement a useful and
practical continuous quality improvement system* (1991). Unit members are guided
through quality-measurement indicator selection, definition, collection, summary, and
reporting. Strong emphasis is paid to developing "meaningful measures" for
frontline employees through senior level managers.
