Formula for receiving feedback will be very valuable.
Very relevant:  lots of good information that I can use.  Especially about interviews.
Good ideas to use as a supervisor.

Yes.
Tried and true skills and tools.
Learning how to communicate positively and clearly are important factors for the employees.
Great jumping board to address long standing issues.
Excellent!
May need more emphasis; good, however, at emphasizing the business element versus "personality".
Very adoptable to differences between people.
Positive communication skills in difficult situations.
Useful tools.
The focus of the procedure is o changing behavior in a non-confrontational manner.

3. How satisfied are you with your ability at this time to apply the information covered in this seminar to your work or organization?
It will take some time to process all the information.
Assisted me to deal with present "problem"/issues at my work.

Appreciate the need for support and coaching.
I need to read the manual and practice the information I learned today.
Nervous, but motivated.
Very relevant.
Helpful in evaluating what to change.
I'm going to try to use it at least three times each week.
Have practical experience with these concepts already -- and needed the refresher.

Smallness of group makes participation easier.  Lots of good ideas shared.
Lots of good participation/low attendance helps.
Every opportunity.
It was very interactive approach, which helped to visualize different points of view.
I found out during my participation today that interpersonal skills are very difficult to use and learn.
Provides equal opportunity for all to participate.
I always make my own opportunities to participate; however, Dick is very good at drawing out responses from ALL participants.

I gained a lot of knowledge and ideas I can use.

More of everything and more often. I need to start every week with this course.
[I would like to see more on] Disciplinary procedures, handling irate citizens.
Very much liked the exercises. They highlight the importance of communication and how we communicate.
