Highly sensitive.
The information was well researched.
I do think there may be more generational issues than were addressed.
I saw that power struggles can be avoided.

I feel comfortable in applying this information to my work.
(Very) Specific.
Helpful to perhaps have a follow-up phone call after tools are implemented.
This skill will require practice and review of the step(s) to become proficient.
I will need practice but it’s possible.
Worksheets are helpful.
Even though I don’t like "role play" and it is hard to do, it is so necessary to be able to apply.
I will need time to review the material before beginning to apply the information.
I feel confident that I will be able to apply it.
The practice activities were super helpful to solidifying the new skills.

4. How satisfied are you that you had sufficient opportunities to participate?
Great to have an opportunity to work with people from my own organization.
(You were) Able to allow all participants to contribute (and there were powerful personalities in the room).
Good balance of lecture/activities.
The practice exercises were valuable to learning the materials.
Small group provided a lot of opportunities.
Small group size is important (12 or less is good).
As time went on I participated more.
I probably would have done more but I didn’t want to dominate. This was an awesome topic.
The environment was very conducive for participation. Group was just the right size.
The group activities were very helpful.

Very satisfied. Nice to work in a smaller group.

Corrective actions.
Strategic thinking and development of other cognitive skills in adult processionals.
The continuation of the modules all 18 hours for staff.
How to work with young, unprepared managers. How to work/have more impact vertically upward.
