Good practical skills I can use!

The domino exercises were a great eye-opener to these kinds of issues.
Obviously.
I'm not sure what this would look like but I didn't notice a special situation during the presentation.
Again, skills presented are general in nature, making them very useable without unnecessary concern for various differences in people.
Skills that I can apply right now -- which was very helpful.
Allows me to adapt these procedures for different communication styles.
Very satisfied.

3. How satisfied are you with your ability at this time to apply the information covered in this seminar to your work or organization?
Great! I will be able to apply what I learned right away.
All the practice sessions were really helpful.
It is not something that can be changed instantly; it takes trial and error practice.
I will need to practice.
(Page 29) Worksheet is very helpful and practical. I can see myself utilizing this.
It taught me more on communication.
Yes, of course.
Really helped me to build more confidence.
With practice over time, I can see how this will make life much easier in difficult situations with employees.
After practicing, I fully intend to use the tools provided.
The information is great. I will have to develop the comfort level in using it.
Experiential part was good.

I need more role plays to get past the discomfort.
Everyone participated at some point!
Will continue with co-workers.
Richard gave many opportunities to speak up and participate in the discussion as well as participate with group members.
Yes, but it is a lot to grasp.
The Catalyst exercise was great. I will recommend that our organization consider purchasing it for our internal trainings.
I felt there was always opportunity to participate at any time in/during the presentation.
More than enough.

Instructor was very open to questions and good about clarifying.
Richard was open to any questions asked and encourage questions.
