1. How satisfied are you that the information provided in this seminar is relevant to the performance of your work or your organization?
It will help me greatly as I move into supervision -- very timely.
It was very interesting.  I learned a lot.
The process of inter-personal versus technical performance.
As a new supervisor, the feedback training was very beneficial.
A new perspective regarding supervision.
Great presentation of familiar terms -- refresher.
I had concerns that this would not always be effective in my situation.
(Will be) Used to put all of my unit leads on the same page.

Very sensitive to all diversity.
(I) found it sensitive to cultural diversity.
Very sensitive to cultural differences.
Emphasis on being behaviorally specific was particularly applicable.
Helpful to have time to discuss differences
Good amount of time devoted to differences between people.
Made reference to it but didn't product much explanation.
Gives tools to respond to use.

3. How satisfied are you with your ability at this time to apply the information covered in this seminar to your work or organization?
I listened and practiced well.
It will help.
This will take practice but worthwhile preparation.
I found a lot of value in learning more effective ways of giving feedback.
Plan on using it right away.
It is a learning process but I feel I can do it.
Good tool and handouts to use.
More time to practice would be good.
As a Section (we) I will move forward with implementation.

We could have gone forever with examples, no doubt!

Very group friendly regarding participation -- was encouraged.
Spring and Fall are usually long days -- but I made it!
Good participating exercises.

Very interactive -- experiential learning is helpful.
Wish it was longer over all topics.
I would have liked more time devoted to practicing skills using personal scenarios at my workplace.
Was short... but provided time.
Very open to comments to questions – very helpful to applying real situations.

Your gentle manner makes it easy to participate.

I felt my questions were somewhat skirted and that not a lot of considering personal situations or concerns occurs.

You answered all our questions; some of the answers weren't what some people wanted to hear.

Very, a lot of grist for the practice mill.
I wish I had taken the 18 hour class.
Very worthwhile -- appreciate the workbook and Skill Check.

As a new supervisor, I feel I am able to take a lot of good information back with me.
