1. How satisfied are you that the information provided in this seminar is relevant to the performance of your work or your organization?
Situations presented were practical and right on the money.
Hit on some issues that we are going through.
Takes the "emotional" aspect of interpersonal performances out.
Thoughtful, well organized and provocative.
Very relevant for me as someone who'd like to be evaluated -- I was looking to use the process within the organization so I kept translating the materials to other supervisions.

Yes, it's applied positively.
Seems to be wanting to help everyone.
Methods address and respect differences.  Can be used in personal relationships.
The steps are clear and can easily be broken down for use by people entering supervision.
Useful info on how to deal with people.
Excellent -- I liked the flow and organization of materials.
Information can be applied to all individuals.
We didn't talk a whole lot about diversity but I was fine with that.  I thought the session was very practical.
I appreciate sensitivity to divergence and validating asking for information.

3. How satisfied are you with your ability at this time to apply the information covered in this seminar to your work or organization?
If we use this form it will be helpful.
Excellent ideas were pinpointed and easy to follow. I'm going to use the worksheet and survey at work.
Emphasis on practice and persistence is right on!
May take some time to integrate.
Need to practice, practice, practice.
Will need to spend time reflecting.
I will use this and commit to three weeks over 1.5 years.
The information will be of use immediately.
The example I gave on performance issues were real -- therefore the information within this seminar will be helpful/useful.
Verbal presentation was clear and very good.  The diagrams are a bit complex.  I'm not sure I'd be able to interpret them properly to others.

Having the skills -- i.e., Domino game -- that we can participate was wonderful. It was not only to keep us alert but also help us to understand the concepts better.

Sometimes I think I participate too much.
Giving the example of the interpersonal problem and how to give negative feedback showed me how great of an impact that issues can potentially have on the entire agency.

Not really a long enough seminar to delve into individual workplace issues.

Very efficient.

Although nothing new, the content was presented in a way that was helpful to me.

Enjoyed the seminar very much! Great tools.
More on how to manage and use these tools in an environment where much of the communication occurs over e-mail. Possibly more tools to use on difficult employees.

How to bring this process to my staff and organization.  I'd like to know how to develop an evaluating-up culture.
I enjoyed those portions where students participated.
Coaching is just starting to take off in state government.
